Slanjihong’s 8-inch SiC power device chip manufacturing production line project has a total investment of 12 billion yuan, which will be built in two phases, of which the first phase project has a total investment of 7 billion yuan, and the annual output of 420,000 8-inch SiC power device chips is expected to reach 6.7 billion yuan. After the two phases are completed and put into production, the annual production capacity of 720 thousand 8-inch SiC power device chips will be formed. On June 19th, 2024, the Slanjihong 8-inch silicon carbide power device chip manufacturing production line project started in Xiamen.
