　　Liu Yandong visited Youxi County General Hospital, Qicheng Village Health Center in Xicheng Town, Youxi Management Department of Sanming Medical Insurance Management Center and Fujian Medical Insurance Office to learn about the key work of medical reform from grassroots medical staff, patients and managers. She pointed out that Fujian Province seized the bull’s nose of the medical insurance system reform, adhered to the problem orientation, straightened out the management system, and simultaneously promoted the relevant reforms such as drug bidding and public hospitals, and broke out a new path of "three medical" linkage reform, which all regions should learn from in combination with reality.

　　Liu Yandong hosted a medical reform promotion meeting in Fuzhou, attended by the heads of the pilot provinces of comprehensive medical reform and the directors of provincial medical reform offices. She pointed out that since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, great achievements have been made in medical reform, a basic medical insurance network covering more than 1.3 billion people has been built, major reform breakthroughs such as establishing a graded diagnosis and treatment system and canceling drug addition have been achieved, and the phased task of building a four-pillar medical reform has been initially realized. All regions and departments should strengthen leadership, focus on efforts, expand the coverage of successful pilot experience, and push forward medical reform in depth. It is necessary to actively promote graded diagnosis and treatment, strengthen the construction of medical associations, promote the sinking of high-quality medical resources, improve the signing of family doctors, and ensure that key groups such as the elderly, the disabled, women and children receive more quality services. We will completely cancel the drug addition, implement the "two-vote system" for drug circulation and the sunshine procurement of high-value medical consumables, effectively reduce the inflated price, improve the supply guarantee of short-term drugs, and enable the people to use high-quality and low-cost drugs.
