In order to further strengthen warning education, some illegal cases that have been investigated and handled are now reported as follows.

　　First, China Medical University Cancer Hospital Ray purchased papers. According to the investigation, the paper "Interleukin-37 mediates the tumor activity in colon cancer through b-catenin suppression" with Ray as the correspondent and Yan Xiaofei as the first author was commissioned by a third party. China Medical University dealt with the relevant responsible personnel, terminated Ray’s NSFC project, ordered him to return the project funds, canceled his qualification for applying for NSFC project for 5 years, and stopped his postgraduate enrollment qualification. Yan Xiaofei was disqualified from applying for the National Natural Science Foundation for 5 years.

Shandong University dealt with the relevant responsible personnel, canceled Wang Xiuli’s doctoral degree application qualification, and suspended Kong Beihua’s postgraduate tutor enrollment qualification for one year. According to the ascertained facts, Wang Xiuli was disqualified from applying for or undertaking national science and technology plans (special projects, funds, etc.) for 5 years.

　　Seven, Simon Lu of Nanjing University of Science and Technology purchased papers. According to the investigation, Yang Yuwang of Nanjing University of Science and Technology is the correspondent, and Simon Lu of Huaiyin Teachers College is the first author of the paper "Data Acquisition Ad Hoc Network System Based on Wireless Sensor", which was written by Simon Lu on behalf of a third party. Simon Lu listed it as the correspondent without Yang Yuwang’s consent and forged the correspondent’s email address. Nanjing University of Science and Technology dealt with the relevant responsible personnel, canceled the doctoral student status of Simon Lu and terminated the doctoral study qualification; Give Yang Yuwang critical education. According to the ascertained facts, Simon Lu was disqualified from applying for or undertaking national science and technology plans (special projects, funds, etc.) for 5 years.

　　Nine, Beijing Huayou Guanchang Environmental Protection Energy Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. took financial research funds. After investigation, Beijing Huayou Guanchang Environmental Protection Energy Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. has some problems in undertaking the implementation of international scientific and technological cooperation projects, such as forging expenditure certification materials and charging expenditures unrelated to the project, which violates the regulations on the management of scientific and technological projects and funds and the requirements of scientific research integrity. The Ministry of Science and Technology decided to confiscate 960,700 yuan of illegal funds for the project and cancel the qualification of the company and project leader Wu Zongyi for various scientific research activities at all levels for five years.
